What should I do if an upload fails?

Retry failed uploads and understand when NodeCam can avoid re-sending the whole video.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Upload Progress.
  2. Find the video in Failed Uploads.
  3. Check whether the phone is online and has battery power.
  4. Tap Retry for the video or Retry All Failed.
  5. Leave NodeCam open while the retry begins.
  6. If the same item fails repeatedly, note the error and contact support before deleting files.
